Director of Finance

Reporting to the President of Hospitality, the Director of Finance will lead financial operations for plant and sales functions and serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CFO to execute growth strategies, optimize cost savings, and uncover revenue opportunities.

• Serve as a key financial advisor to Hospitality Operations and senior leadership, supporting plant performance analysis and strategic planning.

• Provide insights to guide business decisions across plant operations and sales functions.

• Ensure accurate tracking of KPIs and financial metrics through CRM and reporting systems.

• Align financial strategies with sales and operational goals through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks; drive cost efficiency and profitability.

• Analyze operational effectiveness and cash flow to improve business outcomes.

• Oversee daily financial operations, including reporting, accounting, audits, compliance, and internal controls.

• Manage plant finance teams, focusing on talent development and retention.

• Prepare and manage capital expenditure proposals and investment accounting.

• Enhance use of financial systems for reporting and decision-making.

• Ensure strong internal controls are implemented and maintained.

• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.

• CPA and/or CMA preferred.

• 5+ years in senior finance roles, ideally across multi-site manufacturing environments.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, cash flow, budgeting, financial modeling, and forecasting.

• IFRS familiarity is a plus.

• Experience with ERP systems; SAP and PowerBI are a plus.
