    As a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and integration of complex systems and subsystems for mobile defense platforms. You’ll ensure system performance, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead system architecture, design, and integration planning efforts.

    • Guide component selection and ensure system interoperability and performance.

    • Provide technical leadership to engineering teams across multiple disciplines.

    • Mentor junior staff and support skills development.

    • Oversee system integration, testing, and compliance validation.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering).

      • Master’s degree preferred.
    • 10+ years supporting Command & Control (C2) and/or ISR platforms, including:

      • Systems Analysis, Architecture, Integration, T&E, and Logistics Support.

      • Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).

      • Development of DoD C5ISR systems/equipment.

    • Experience with project planning and reporting to executive leadership.

    • Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo), IBM Rational tools.

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license.

    • Familiarity with ITAR and Export Control.
