Threescore Agency is seeking an HR Director to report to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, you will lead HR initiatives for a sizable workforce, partner with leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness, and develop strategies in areas such as employee relations, compensation, staffing, and development. You will also play a key role in driving organizational change.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, effectiveness, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Contribute to the HR Leadership Team and client partner groups as a thought leader in Strategic HR.
- Develop organizational strategies by researching HR issues, providing analysis and recommendations, and aligning HR objectives with organizational goals.
- Create and implement a Talent Management plan that includes organizational design, succession planning, talent development, and strategic acquisition.
- Lead and manage an HR team of about 10 employees, providing generalist HR support.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies to foster a positive work environment.
- Drive employee and organizational engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Over 10 years of progressively increasing HR responsibility.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in building and leading teams.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic HR and organizational initiatives.
- Skilled in coaching and advising senior executives on critical business issues.
- Strong background in Labor and Employee Relations, with direct negotiating experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically about 20% of the time.
