The HR Business Partner will support HR policy execution and operations, partnering closely with plant leadership, managers, and external stakeholders to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for the plant and key regional roles (perm/temp/interns).
Monitor headcount to ensure alignment with budget targets.
Manage employee relations: resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, advise on disciplinary action, and support engagement strategies.
Oversee HR budgets and represent the company with external partners (recruiters, schools, authorities); attend career fairs and networking events.
Drive HR projects aligned with strategic goals.
Use Workday HR system dashboards and KPIs to guide decisions.
Manage talent development activities: maintain skills matrices, succession plans, and training programs.
Coordinate internal mobility and update contracts accordingly.
Serve as HR contact for employee career development and policy guidance.
Oversee redeployment in coordination with occupational health and stakeholders.
Ensure legal and policy compliance in health, safety, and environment standards.
Organize CSE (Social and Economic Committee) meetings with site leadership.
Act as main HR liaison on employment, QWL, and CSR topics across the region.
Participate in core HR campaigns: salary review, performance management, audits, and CSR reporting.
Bachelor’s in Business or HR required; Master’s in HR
1–3 years in a similar HR role.
Fluent in French and English.
Skilled in communication, interviewing, relationship-building, and change management.
Strong organizational and listening skills with a diplomatic approach.
