Solution Design: Architect scalable and reliable Microsoft Dynamics solutions across Customer Engagement (CE), Finance and Operations (F&O), and Dual Write modules, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure CE applications to enhance functionality and address specific business requirements.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics modules with existing systems and third-party solutions.
Data Management: Develop and implement effective data management strategies within the CE platform, including migration, cleansing, and governance.
Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve technical issues, provide end-user support, and troubleshoot system errors.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of Dynamics solutions to improve system efficiency.
Environment and Refresh Architecture: Oversee CRM environment architecture and manage the refresh process for reliable development and testing.
Overall Architecture and Governance: Take responsibility for the overall architecture, roadmap, and governance & compliance for Microsoft products.
Architecture Review Board Participation: Actively contribute to the Architecture Review Board, offering insights and recommendations for architectural decisions.
Expertise and Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Design Oversight: Oversee and approve technical builds and managed services provided by third-party systems integrators.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics best practices and features, facilitating knowledge transfer.
Project Ownership: Manage Dynamics projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, to ensure successful execution.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to Dynamics implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
Release Management: Manage the release process, including version management for Finance and Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE)/Field Service (FS).
Alignment with Microsoft Roadmap: Align business requirements with Microsoft’s roadmap to ensure strategic fit.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners providing Dynamics 365-related services or products.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
15+ years of IT experience, with 3-5 years as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect and 5+ years in Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications and Microsoft Dynamics Field Service is preferred.
