Perform comprehensive analysis of transportation data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement Business Intelligence (BI) tools, visualizations, and documentation that align with transportation strategy and support key initiatives, daily operations, and executive reviews.
Design and deliver analytics and reporting to support TNA initiatives, including ad hoc analyses focused on enhancing the customer experience.
Continuously evaluate and communicate system requirements, manage system processes, and provide monthly status reports to relevant parties.
Create and update internal and training documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business counterparts to understand their needs and strategic objectives, ensuring these are reflected in new developments and met effectively.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or Business Administration (with a concentration in Supply Chain, Operations, or Analytics); Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in transportation, inventory management, and supply planning; 5+ years of experience required without a master’s degree.
Proven analytical skills with experience in generating process documentation and reports.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
Proficient in PowerBI and database management.
Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Power Query, with functional knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Understanding of APICS principles preferred but not required.
Experience with ERP systems, including SAP and Bits, is preferred.
