**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Solution Architecture:**
– Architect scalable and reliable Microsoft Dynamics solutions across Customer Engagement, Dual write modules to ensure performance for Finance/Operations.
– Customize and configure Customer Engagement applications to meet specific business requirements.
– Integrate Dynamics modules with existing systems and third-party solutions.
– Implement effective data management strategies including migration, governance, and cleansing within platform.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and error resolution to end-users.
– Analyze and optimize system performance to enhance efficiency.
– Manage CRM environment architecture and oversee the refresh process for development and testing.
– Own the architecture, roadmap, and governance for Microsoft products.
2. **Technical Leadership:**
– Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
– Oversee and sign off on technical builds by third-party Systems Integrators and Managed Services.
– Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Dynamics solutions.
– Conduct training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics best practices and features to facilitate knowledge transfer.
3. **Project Management:**
– Lead Dynamics projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables for successful execution.
– Support change management initiatives related to Dynamics implementations to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
– Manage the release process with Microsoft, including version management across Finance/Operations and Customer Engagement/Field workers
– Align business requirements with Microsoft’s roadmap to ensure strategic alignment.
– Collaborate with external vendors and partners providing Dynamics 365 services or products.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
– 15+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years specifically as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect.
– Extensive experience in Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
– Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred; experience with Dynamics Field Service desired.
