Assemble wax pattern clusters according to procedures (PEI/SOP).
Inspect components before and after assembly to identify potential casting defects, such as broken corners, lugs, missing pins, and incorrect serial numbers.
Assess components for adherence to specifications.
Return both acceptable and unacceptable patterns to the designated stations or operators.
Properly record work performed on clusters in Lot Control and affix identification to molds as required.
Achieve specific productivity and quality standards.
Adhere to safety rules and wear required PPE at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and equipment.
Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform any additional duties assigned by supervision.
Required Qualifications:
Meet or exceed defined visual acuity standards (if required).
Meet color perception standards needed for job performance (if required).
Complete additional training to comply with applicable SOPs and certifications (if required).
Ability to learn new job specifications, including updates from existing customers.
Flexible between assembly and wax dress departments.
Demonstrate effective communication skills.
Strong teamwork skills are essential.
Proficiency in applicable procedural instructions is required.
Ability to sit 50% of the day and stand 50% of the day.
Capability to lift molds weighing up to 35 pounds approximately every 45 minutes.
